The Sustainability Committee of the Board assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by reviewing the Company's sustainability strategy, plans, and targets; overseeing the assessment and management of sustainability-related risks and opportunities; and reviewing and approving sustainability-related reports.
