  • Mr. Zhang Bo, a Chinese national, was born in 1969. He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Doctor of Business Administration degree, and was awarded the title of Honorary Fellow by the City University of Hong Kong. Mr. Zhang Bo is a representative of the Fourteenth National People's Congress of the PRC and a representative of the Twelfth Shandong Provincial People's Congress. He was awarded the title of "National Model Worker" by the State Council in 2010. He has been serving as a deputy president of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association since March 2015, the chairman of Shandong Aluminium Industry Association since March 2019, the chairman of Binzhou Enterprise and Entrepreneur Federation since January 2020, and a vice chairman of the Seventh Council of the China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program since November 2025.
