Alumina
The Company's alumina production adopts the Bayer process, which comprises six primary production stages: raw material preparation, digestion, sedimentation, precipitation, evaporation, and calcination. The alumina produced is primarily consumed by the Company's in-house primary aluminum smelting operations, while also maintaining the capacity for external supply. The product portfolio mainly consists of premium high-purity alumina, characterized by consistent composition and excellent flowability, making it ideally suited for the operational requirements of large-scale reduction cells.
Aluminum
The Company's primary aluminum production exclusively employs large-scale prebaked anode reduction cells with amperage of 400 kA or above, utilizing the cryolite-alumina molten salt electrolysis process as the core technology. In 2014, the Company commissioned the world's first fully serialized 600 kA ultra-large prebaked anode reduction cell line. This breakthrough technology delivers industry-leading advantages, including: the largest cell capacity, the lowest investment cost per ton of aluminum, the highest molten aluminum quality, the lowest energy consumption, the optimal production environment, the highest level of automation, and the minimum labor requirement.
